Supply, demand, and government intrusion determine price. Let me prove the government part of price. What is the difference between the price of gas in Kansas and Missouri? Only a lib would argue this point. Then, we come to supply and demand. The demand for oil in economics is called inelastic. This means that no matter what the price is, quantity demanded remains the same (basically). So, there is only one way to lower price (excluding cutting government intrusion): increase supply. So, the question is: how do we increase supply? There is only one way and no lib will do it: elect real conservatives. We can't drill in ANWAR why? Congress. We can't drill off-shore why? Congress. Any drilling requires congressional approval unfortunately. The blame lies at the feet of the bought OIL democrats and lib republicans.

Go through the help wanted ads in Kansas City and I'll bet you that not one job listed in the KC STAR Sunday help wanted ads pays minimum wage...even with all the illegals. The one single reason a minimum wage discussion even exists is because of the our worthless politicians allowing the illegals entrance into the work force. If the market (supply-demand) has an increase in supply, demand, and therefore price, drops. Here is where the discussion ends...in the first damn chapter of a decent economics text.

Forgive me for I was incorrect on my last entry. When supply of anything increases, the demand may remain the same but the price will definately fall. So, we shouldn't be discussing a minimum wage; we should be discussing the illegal alien problem as C. Hill mentions from time to time.
As we all know, the devil-worshipping democrats having nothing to say about the illegals like the worthless half of the republican party (Bush included). The illegals affect the black population the most. What I mean by that is throughout the 20th century, black unemployment has always been 5-10% above the national unemployment percentage, with the exception of the 1930s. So, basically, if the black "leadership" actually cared about blacks, they would be vehemently against the invasion of illegals. My point is that if blacks unite against the illegals politically and threaten to jump the democrat ship, then the democrats would sing a new and different song.
I beg the blacks to unite and threaten the democrats. Let us not forget that the democrats have no control without the blacks.
If you remain silent on the illegal issue, you have NOTHING to say about black wages and unemployment.

You are right, Russ. Why should you care about what goes on in the middle east...while oil rests over $70? Why would you ever worry about the middle east...9/11? We should remain isolationists after all...world war I and II. I mean, the jews do nothing for the world...Iraq's FORMER nuclear facility. The arabs have nothing to offer anyway...like our numbering system.
