What's inflation?

giving credit where credit is due: thanks Sh#t guyFirst, let's not let politicians deceive us, and escape culpability, by defining inflation as rising prices, which would allow them to make the pretense that inflation is caused by greedy businessmen, rapacious unions or Arab sheiks. Increases in money supply are what constitute inflation, and the general rise in the price level is the result. Who's in charge of the money supply? It's the government operating through the Federal Reserve...
If you lend me $100, and over the term of the loan the Federal Reserve increases the money supply in a way that causes inflation, I pay you back with dollars with reduced purchasing power. Since inflation redistributes (steals) wealth from creditors to debtors, it helps us identify inflation's primary beneficiary. That identification is easy if you ask: Who is the nation's largest debtor? If you said, "It's the U.S. government," go to the head of the class.

The DJIA reached another all-time high. Man, I never hear that on the news. I don't have a television so I am limited in my major media consumption but I feel as if I am the only one pointing this out.

Ladies, gentlemen, and Russ...there is something of which we should all be reminded. When the stock market rises, it is good for all of us, investor or not. The government will clearly not help the poor as they take in, all together, at least $5 trillion dollars. This amount is 40% of our money. IT IS OUR MONEY/PROPERTY/TIME SPENT WORKING/LIFE!!! There are still homeless people and ALL of you know what percent the government takes from even US (assuming the majority of us are poor...which is earning $30,000 or under per person in your household. Why can't you see this? Why won't you see this?

It is time for a Boston Tea Party. It is time to end our royal class. The only way to do that is to continue to cut taxation/government theft. The government will not help the poor or they would have with this much money.

Libs...deport 'em
