I don't understand, Jerry. Are you killing gay people when you're not on the phone with KKFI? Do you WANT to kill gay people? Why is it a "detestable act" for a woman to lie with a woman or a man with a man, why is it your business? I think quoting the bible instead of thinking for yourself is detestable but, I wouldn't have you put to death for it.
Leviticus also tells you that if you rape an unbetrothed virgin in a field, all you have to do is pay her father $12.93 and marry her. Sound good to you, Jerry?
Leviticus also tells you how to properly sacrifice an animal to your lord. Do you do that, Jerry?
Leviticus also tells you that cursing your mother or father will have you meet the same fate as the gays. So will adulterers and adultresses and rapists and the raped. That's alot of killing, Jerry, you must be busy.
Leviticus also tells you that you should stone wizards to death. If you believe in magic, come along with me, we'll dance until morning 'til it's just you and me. Or you can go stone a wizard to death like your god commands.
There is plenty more ridiculous shits in that book. I'd prefer an answer from you, Jerry, not that book. What is your problem with gays?

Come down my friend. I don't want anyone to die. I posted that to prove that good book is very clear on the subject homosexuality. The lord has spoken on this subject but you might not have heard his word. You are cover your ears because you think thats its intolerant. I don't want persecution I just want society built on a moral foundation. Gay marriage is just another thing that "The left" to wants force down are throats. I don't want a society that based on perversion and sin. Thats what "Gay" marriage represents to me and civilization. I don't want are children brainwash in are schools to accept this life style choice. You may want that but I don't.
The bible is VERY clear, "they shall surely be put to death". What about all that other stuff in Leviticus or Genesis or Exodus? Isn't your faith strong enough that you will follow the word of your god? Or just as far as YOU want?
If I erase all the bits of your argument that don't involve the bible (which I don't want brainwashing our children to accept your lifestyle choice), it comes down to 2 things. You think it's a choice, which shows you haven't asked a gay person about it or that you have chosen not to act on your attraction to other men and animals and assume the same goes for everyone. The second reason is that you think it is some sort of a moral perversion. How so? It can't be because it's "unnatural"- homosexuality is observed in MANY species in nature, making it "natural" by my definition. If the morals in the bible are the only ones it perverts, I would suggest you search elsewhere for moral guidance. The bible is poison for most (you're included in that 'most'). There are a few christians that make one consider or reconsider the usefulness of that book, like Michael T. You do not, Jerry. Is there a 'moral' argument against gay marriage that isn't in the bible?
