Anyone want to get down on a documentary film project something like...
Interviews with random everyday people IN KC from different groupings to gather honest opinions about certain "major" topics to be decided. Groups such as: Races, religions, political parties, sexual orientations, different movements, different economic classes, etc to try and see what average people really think about issues and stuff. Also find out what opinions/ideas are actually common to most human beings here and gather diverse ideas on how just the Kansas City 'megavillage'(greater KC area) can better prosper.
Need many interviewers from the individual groupings so that subjects can relate in order to conduct a somewhat accurate random sampling. The only bias would be a search for solutions to Kansas City's problems and gathering people's honest opinions about issues.
A 'world' version would have to be like 500 hours long after editing to be even close to accurate so it would pretty much have to stay local. This would not be too difficult a project and it wouldn't really cost anything except time and effort but it would take a lot of people to complete. I can't imagine a more perfect group of people to take on such a project than KKFI listeners and volunteers, and the station could reap any and all profits if any are made.
Does this sound even remotely interesting to anyone?
Such a project would need a well-defined zero-liability layer of separation from the station itself.

that sounds great. it's something i was just talking about yesterday at the station. I was thinking of getting the stations recorder and asking people i run across to answer some as yet undecided questions about government and society.
drop me an email and we can talk about it. michaeltjustice@aol.com
