Does anyone care to give context to this sure:
http://newsone.com/nation/casey-gane-mccalla/limbaugh-says-obama-and-oprah-are-only-successful-because-theyre-black/?omcamp=EMC-CVNL

I'll accept that one of the factors that got Obama elected was that he was black but there are other factors. For example, Rush Limbaugh poisoned the Clinton well so thoroughly that there was an anti-Clinton sentiment right out of the gate.

The context is that Limbaugh is one of the biggest pieces of shit on air. He does not help this country.

Obama's NASA Chief: Muslim Outreach is My Foremost Mission(not exactly, Rush, but close):

My opinionated opinions:

Being a former "ditto head" myself, I think that Limbaugh is a "doodoo head" and if he wasn't white he sure wouldn't be where he is at, perhaps I'm a racist now but I do believe it's true in his case. I think to say that someone wouldn't be where they are if they weren't who they were is a game and someone who consistantly dances over on the wrong side of the bigot line is likely a bigot. I have met a plethera of black and white bigots but I haven't listened to rush for a very long time so I don't know if he's a racist or not. I haven't been able to locate a free podcast of the show so that I could hear what he said in context and that is his fault for charging money for podcasts of his show so screw that grumpy ol cheap bastard :)

What limbaugh does is put out some truthful information and it draws people in along with some twisting that offends some people so that half of the people won't believe anything he says and that type of thing keeps US divided on the most important issues. Politcal football is important so that the people behind the scenes can do pretty much as they please and just shift the blames between the two major politcal parties when the people don't like it. The public keeps fighting over issues like race, religion, sexual orientation, offensive comments, scandles, etc and the press feeds the public more of the things that they seem to like to fight about, its kinda like when people watch races to see the wrecks, if it bleeds it leads; while the lawyers in DC try to stay in office and scramble to please their lobbyists; and the folks behind the scenes, who have their fingers on the right buttons of the systems that they helped design and build, kick back and try to play world domination.
