Notice that Hispanics are not included. You could argue that Hispanics are not a race but then how would you explain including American Indian, etc unless there are no Hispanics living in major Urban Centers.

Notice in the Suburban arrest that Hispanics are left out again. I guess there are no Hispanics in the US.

It just proves my point that the Hispanics are being rolled into the white total.

Even in Rural areas the Hispanics are left out. It would be interesting to find out how many Blacks live in rural areas since they seem to be way over eager to exhibit bad behavior.
