I just read yur links Russ. You may indeed have a point on the hispanic race thing. although I have seen many forms that I have had to fill out ask for race specifically as "hispanic, non-white" there doesn't seem to be any such distinction in the stats you linked to.
Now as to Sherriff Moose, I have never been a fan of his.But the link you sent was opinion and didn't source any of the claims. Having said that, I'll agree on the whole overblown PC nature of things today.

furthermore, the aothor of the piece describes berkowitz as jewish and specifically says he's not white. I don't know the purity rules, so perhaps you can enlighten me:) Do you not count as white if you're jewish.
the 55-43 split white-black on snipers makes me wonder if he isn't counting drive by shootings which i suppose you could. but since your guy doesn't source it I can't be sure.

It seems that they are looking at hispanics as an ethnicity of whites. This is the only way i can square your statement that 65% of victims are white.

Well Judas, I think you need to betray Christ again. I was just making an observation. You can find the same number problem when you look at hate crime numbers. The Hispanics are rolled into the white numbers. I predict that like the Irish, Hispanics will be turned into white people. It is all about politics and power.
