That is why white libs hate the educational voucher programs. My sister spanks her kids. My brother does not spank his kid. My sisters 3 kids are easier to handle than my brother's one kid. Also, the mental development of her 3 kids is far superior to that of his one kid. Going further, I can tell who was spanked as a child and who was not in there adult years in the "white community." White libs were not spanked. Conduct your own survey on that one.
