I hear that the NWO is building a giant jar, they are asking for volunteers from all over the planet to please deposit their testicles inside because they won't be needing them anymore, the NWO will provide.

Michael T Justice

I guess you've only been off the air for like a month but your boy Clayton is all ready to bow down to secret societies and roll out a new world order and he takes even less phone calls than paragon does. He is an interesting and informative dude, but it's just not the justice files without the dynamic duo.

Hope you come back soon :)

That show was alright.
There was a show on years ago that I heard a few times and they did something they called a concept forum that I thought was really cool. They would offer a problem and ask the listeners for ideas.
I think that by itself would make a great show. Do like, brainstorming sessions and on the spot Q&A with callers and move through the topics in like 10-15 minutes a piece. Any extra cool concepts discovered could carry over to the next week. That's a show I'd loooooooove to listen to, and call!

I posted the following as a comment on the waveX blog twice in the last few days but he didn't post it yet so I decided to post it here.

"Many Republicans, while claiming that Obama's $50 billion investment in America’s infrastructure is a budget-buster, are pushing to extend the Bush tax cuts for the super-rich. At $830 billion, the cost for extending the Bush cuts is 16 times the cost of Obama's infrastructure proposal." --Pat Garafalo

First off, the term "many Republicans" is way too loose to describe facts. Secondly, "many Republicans" were actually pissed about the almost trillion dollar stimulus, and now people want them to consent to an extra $50 billion more for infrastructure in addition to the extra $40+ billion they got last year for infrastructure, some important facts that were left out of both statements. Highly bias info. "Many Republicans" see taxing the rich at higher rates as just one of many steps being taken these days towards the beginnings of communism and in a way they are right but in this case misled. Is there a term for when you purposefully omit someone's viewpoint to help make your case against them? If not there should be. I think the trick to this nation has been the capital vs. communal balancing act, I think we need less of both influences in general and either extreme is dangerous. I think the super-rich is the only group that we should actually tax the hell out of.

If you don't list all of the pertinent facts, a truthful person can still argue with you.

Another great show by Clayton on the JFiles for 9/27/2010. Just kidding!!!.

Colbert was funny on capital hill on friday but the media didn't focus on the plea he made for protection for migrant workers on the last half of his testimony.

Some people just don't have a sense of humor or can't deal with
satire.
